Fred De Deken is responsible for all Scolarest, Medirest & DOR sites.
"I started as Business Unit Manager at Scolarest on 01 September 2020. My responsibility consists of the operational management of all Scolarest-kitchens within Compass Group Belgium. Actually, I am also responsible for Medirest and DOR sites.
Together with my team, I help with the management of the kitchens, and we consistently ensure that delicious meals can be served daily to pupils and students."
